Through a Glass, Waterly

When watercoloring, the colors sometimes run.
When rainwater splots 'cross your windshield the view gets skewed,
lines blurrr /wigggle/ waver, form smudges.
The rust-colored edifice could be a watercolor,
(were this a watercolor) -
its stalwart companions  a shimmery mirror.
I'd call it
"Concrete Glass Towers
Contemplating Themselves".
